- What do I need to pick up the vehicle?
To pick up the vehicle, you need a valid driver’s license, an ID card or passport, and a credit/debit card in the main driver’s name for the deposit and guarantee.
- Which vehicle will I get?
When booking, you select the desired vehicle category (e.g. small city car, compact, SUV). While we cannot guarantee the exact model or color, you will receive a vehicle within the reserved category, or an upgrade to a higher category at no extra cost if the selected one is not available.
- What are the rules for fuel, cleanliness, and mileage?
- Fuel: The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up (usually a full tank).
- Cleanliness: The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition, without excessive dirt or interior damage.
- Mileage: Mileage policy depends on the selected rental package (unlimited mileage or daily limit). Details are stated in the rental agreement.
- Do I have to pay anything when picking up the vehicle?
When picking up the vehicle, a security deposit must be placed, as well as payment for any additional services or insurance (if not included in the rental price). The vehicle pick-up itself is free of charge.
- What if the vehicle’s condition does not match the signed document?
Before pick-up, we recommend inspecting the vehicle together with our staff. Any irregularities (scratches, dents, interior condition) are recorded in the handover report. If you notice any differences after signing, please notify our staff immediately so the record can be updated.
