Do I have to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel?

No, the vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up. Refueling is charged according to the price list.

What should I do before returning the vehicle?

Make sure you have removed all personal belongings, that the vehicle is clean, the fuel tank is filled (if agreed), and that you have all documents and keys.

When will my deposit be refunded after returning the vehicle?

The refund of the deposit depends on your bank’s and credit card issuer’s procedures and may take from 15 to 40 days.

Will I receive a confirmation of vehicle return?

Yes, upon return our staff will inspect the vehicle and issue a digital confirmation of the vehicle’s condition and the end of the rental.

What if I am late returning the vehicle?

A delay of more than 60 minutes is usually charged as an additional rental day. We recommend contacting us if you know you will be late.

Can I return the vehicle outside of working hours?

Yes, it is possible with prior arrangement. The vehicle should be left at the designated place and the keys placed in the secure drop box.

Can I return the vehicle at a different location?

Yes, but this must be arranged in advance and an additional one-way rental fee may apply.

Can I be charged additional costs after the rental has ended?

Yes, in certain situations additional charges may apply. If there is a need for extra billing on your credit card, you will be notified in time via email.

The most common reasons for additional charges are:

  • traffic or parking fines issued during the rental period,

  • costs of violations recorded during the rental,

  • damage to the vehicle or returning it with less fuel than at pick-up (especially when returning via key box),

  • loss of keys or documents,

  • damages discovered after thorough cleaning of the vehicle, if they were not visible earlier due to dirt.
