What do I need to pick up the vehicle?

To pick up the vehicle, you need a valid driver’s license, an ID card or passport, and a credit/debit card in the main driver’s name for the deposit and guarantee.

Do I have to pay anything when picking up the vehicle?

When picking up the vehicle, a security deposit must be placed, as well as payment for any additional services or insurance (if not included in the rental price). The vehicle pick-up itself is free of charge.

Which vehicle will I get?

When booking, you select the desired vehicle category (e.g. small city car, compact, SUV). While we cannot guarantee the exact model or color, you will receive a vehicle within the reserved category, or an upgrade to a higher category at no extra cost if the selected one is not available.

What if I want to extend or shorten the car rental?

Extending or shortening the rental is possible with prior written notice. The price will be calculated according to the current rate list, and vehicle availability must be ensured.

What if there is a traffic accident or vehicle damage?

Immediately contact our technical support service. Depending on the type of insurance, some damages may be covered, while others may require compensation. If necessary, a vehicle replacement will be arranged within 24 hours.

Can I change the pick-up or drop-off location during the rental?

Changing the location is possible with prior notice and may incur additional costs, depending on the rental terms.

Do I have to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel?

No, the vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up. Refueling is charged according to the price list.

What if I am late returning the vehicle?

A delay of more than 60 minutes is usually charged as an additional rental day. We recommend contacting us if you know you will be late.

What should I do before returning the vehicle?

Make sure you have removed all personal belongings, that the vehicle is clean, the fuel tank is filled (if agreed), and that you have all documents and keys.

In case of any technical issues, contact us immediately at the number provided when you picked up the vehicle. Our technicians will give you instructions or arrange a replacement vehicle if necessary.

What does the rental car technical support cover?

Our technical service covers emergency vehicle breakdowns, engine problems, electrical system issues, tire problems, and other situations that may compromise your safety.

Do I have to pay for repairs if the vehicle breaks down during the rental?

If the breakdown is not caused by your negligence or violation of usage rules, the repair costs are covered by the rental service. Otherwise, any damage may be charged according to the terms of the rental agreement.
